👉 Each sponsorship includes 2 promotional posts/placements

You can use those 2 placements on:

…or any combination (for example: 1 podcast + 1 newsletter, or 2 website placements, etc.).

Each sponsorship is collaborative, custom, and story-driven—your brand is woven into the content in a way that feels natural and respectful to the audience.


What You Get for $250 (Per 2-Post Sponsorship)

You receive two (2) promotional placements in any of the following formats:

1. Podcast Sponsorship

Each podcast placement can include:

  • 30–60 second host-read spot (pre-roll or mid-roll)

  • Brief intro to who you are, what you offer, and why it matters to listeners

  • Clear call-to-action (CTA) (URL, discount code, or signup link)

  • Optional mention in the episode description with a clickable link

Use your two placements on:

  • 2 different episodes or

  • 2 mentions in 1 episode (e.g., pre-roll + mid-roll)


2. Newsletter Sponsorship

Each newsletter placement can include:

  • A featured sponsor block with:

    • Your logo or name

    • 2–3 sentence spotlight about your brand

    • Clickable link to your website, landing page, or offer

  • Option for a short personal note from Dustin about why this sponsor fits the audience

  • Placement in a highly engaged email where readers expect thoughtful, long-form content

Use your two placements on:

3. Website Sponsorship

Each website placement can include one of the following:

  • Contextual, relevant mention with a do-follow or no-follow link (as appropriate)

From there, I’ll craft a host-read script and/or written copy that feels authentic and aligned with the tone of TheColdCases.com.


Timeline & Process

  1. Inquiry & Fit Check

    • You reach out with your brand details.

    • We confirm that your product/service is a good fit for this audience.

  2. Placement Planning

    • Choose your channels (Podcast, Newsletter, Website).

    • Decide how to use your 2 placements (e.g., 2 podcast episodes, 1 podcast + 1 newsletter, etc.).

  3. Copy & Approval

    • I draft your sponsorship copy and send it for review.

    • You approve or request small tweaks.

  4. Payment & Scheduling

    • Payment of $250 due prior to first placement.

    • We lock in the dates/episodes/newsletters/pages.

  5. Live & Report Back

    • Sponsorship goes live.

    • After both placements, I send a simple recap:

      • Links to placements

      • Basic performance indicators (opens, clicks, downloads, or pageviews as available)
