Not a word about motive

Proving motive is not mandatory, especially in a homicide case. It could be anything, but most likely a rejected sexual advance. The fragile male ego, especially back then.

Motive is mandatory… otherwise you’re just saying ‘trust the science’ which is a way of saying ‘trust some dude because he has a lab coat or works for the government’

I wonder what people will say if it's shown that DNA evidence isn't totally infallible.
