Photos as JPG, PNG or WebP up to 8 MB, and documents as PDF, TXT, CSV or images up to 12 MB each.

Does submitting guarantee newsroom reporting?

No. Every newsroom message is read, but reporting is selective, and you will be told honestly whether a case can be worked on now.
